Steve Thunder
Owner, Principal Acoustic Engineer
Steve Thunder has a bachelor's degree in acoustical engineering from Purdue University and is Founder of both Thunder Hearing & Sound and Thunder Acoustics. Steve has spent the past 14 years splitting his time between the two areas of interest, assistive listening and acoustics. He is an expert in designing state-of-the-art hearing loop systems and audio systems which provide Clear Sound for all, as well as offering noise studies for businesses whether interior adverse acoustics or environmental noise issues. He is an experiences speaker having lectured for small groups, graduate level courses and national conferences.
Dr. Tom Thunder, AuD
Acoustic Engineer, Audiologist
Dr. Tom Thunder, AuD, FAAA, INCE is both a forensic audiologist and an acoustical specialist. He has over 30 years of experience. He specializes in hearing and acoustics and has consulted on a variety of issues including hearing problems, audibility of warning devices, occupational noise, hearing conservation, environmental noise, acoustical privacy, building mechanical noise, ventilation noise, room acoustics, etc. Dr. Thunder also has a background in teaching college courses both in the classroom and online.
